I also love your customer service and attention to old fashioned service! I bought something this past year and it was only $50 worth, but I got a personal note and a phone call! From Bob? I was so surprized and I was very happy with the product, so I didn't call back. But thank you for that! Great Customer Service and Customer Appreciation is not so common anymore! So great job on that as well!

I have been scrapbooking since 1979, I am 46 now and I absolutely am amazed and so excited with all the new embellishments and paper that comes out, not to mention the flowers, sprays, glazes and paints etc!! Scrapbooking sure has come a long way!
I have worked in scrapbook stores and stayed pretty involved in the SB world.
Anyway, I am in the Phillipines visiting my family, I am half caucasian and half asian. But, when I get back I will be definitely placing an order soon.. It's as if you have a store full of candy to me!! :) and I definitely want some!! :)
