Enjoy the journey - a mini-album tutorial from Melissa Mann!

I love how Melissa Mann put together this beautiful mini-album!

"To create this mini book: Cut out four pieces of paper 8" x 6" and fold them all in half to have 4" x 6" pieces. Layer them all on top of each other and sew down the middle to "bind" your book together. Cut out strips of paper to 6" in length (the strips off the bottoms of the pattern paper work perfectly for this!) and sew them down on the sides of the pages. Place a piece of pattern paper on the front of the cover and adhere; place a piece of mix tape down the length of the front; cut a piece of fabric paper to wrap around the binding of the book. Cut out a frame from the pattern paper and layer a remarks embellishment on top.  Find various pictures to fit the theme of your book and start filling it up!  I decided to use photos that I had taken with my phone - these photos were of various random things:  craft area, food at the local Greek restaurant, trip to NYC...I pretty much kept the inside pages the same:  photos on one side and a tag with my journaling on the other side - layer bits throughout for further embellishments!
I hope you have fun creating your own little book!" ~~Melissa
