"I loved the Amy Tangerine line for American Crafts and really wanted to highlight the die-cut shapes from her line of products. I decided to just lay them out on my layout and moved them around until they all fit around my photo. Then, I stitched each one down with my sewing machine. I placed my title and other small embellishments on the tops of some of the die cuts." ~Melissa
"As you can see, when I created this page I felt like doodling! This is a fun alternative to splatters, even tough I complemented the doodling with sparkly glitter splatters to give it a bit more interest. Watch the Video to learn how I do them :)" ~~Rahel
Here is a video that Rahel made on how to create the splatters on her layout:

Aqua ProMarkers
Aqua ProMarkers use water based pigmented inks. These have the advantage of being water soluble, they can be easily blended, even when dried, giving the effects of water colour paint but with the convenience of a marker. Aqua ProMarkers can be applied to rubber stamps and then easily cleaned away. And since pigmented ink is acid free and light fast, it gives excellent color longevity.
