I'd choose to be Mary in It's a Wonderful Life...so I could act opposite the very handsome Jimmy Stewart!

ReplyDeleteI have always loved It's a Wonderful Life. We watch it at least every week before Christmas. I think I want to be like his wife, Mary. She is kind, sweet, giving, and most of all, willing to sacrifice her time and talents to help others.

I think I'd like to be a character in the movie "The Night They Saved Christmas." It's one of my favorites. I'd probably be one of the kids who gets to visit Santa, or one of Santa's elves. What a job! Ooooh, or I'd like to be the Ghost of Christmas Present as played by Carol Kane in "Scrooged" with Bill Murray. That's a hilarious one!

I always wanted to be Vera Ellen's character in White Christmas - Judy Haynes. I've loved seeing her dance in any of the old movies and one of my favorite parts of White Christmas is the nightclub act with her sister (Rosemary Clooney) when they sing "Sisters" and then Bing and Danny reenact the same scene so the girls can escape out the window.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Christmas movie is Holiday Inn with Bing Crosby and fred Astaire...I'd love to be Virginia Dale's character...to be able to dance as she...wow...and to actually be at the Holiday Inn would be heavenly.
